Information we collect through our forms

The homepage inquiry form asks for your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and a short message about your project. The contact page form asks for your name, company, email address, a description of what you are working on, and — optionally — how you heard about Bloom. The newsletter signup on our Insights page asks only for your email address.

If you reach us directly — by email, WhatsApp, or phone, using the addresses and numbers listed on this site or in our footer — we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message, in the same way any email or message you send to anyone else would reach them.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through these forms, and you should not include any in a message to us.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, understand whether our services are a fit for what you need, and follow up about a potential project. If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address only to send it, and for nothing else.

We do not use the information you submit through our forms to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if a project moves forward, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for our own business and accounting records. Where no project results from an inquiry, we aim to delete it within 24 months of your last contact with us.

If you subscribed to our newsletter, we keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, and delete it once you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Information you send us is seen by Bloom's own team, for the purpose of responding to you and delivering our services. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers.

We may use ordinary business tools to send and store email (such as an email provider) and, if a project moves forward, standard project-management or file-sharing tools to work with you — each bound to protect the information the same way we do. We do not use these tools to pass your information on for any other purpose.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not currently set any advertising or analytics cookies — there is no optional cookie active today for any choice to turn on. What we do store on your device, in your browser's local storage rather than a cookie, is: a single, non-identifying language preference (English or Arabic), and the accept/decline choice described below. Neither ever leaves your device or is sent to us.

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you're OK with optional analytics cookies in the future — we don't set any until you say yes, and your choice is remembered so you're not asked again. You can change your choice at any time using "Manage Cookies" in the site footer, which reopens the banner.

Your rights, and how to request deletion

You can ask us, at any time, what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at the address for your region below with the subject line "Privacy request" — we will confirm receipt and act on it within 30 days.

If you unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any newsletter email, your email address is removed from that list immediately.

Children's privacy

Bloom is a business-to-business marketing service, and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically.
